Digital Scan

Ensure that S4S Dental are set up on your Intraoral scanner to receive digital scans from you. We can also receive STL files via email to sales@s4sdental.com or a sharing platform.

Fill in the required information, including the following: Kit type: Day, Night, Mixed. Tray type: S4S Ultra-seal trays, Armadillo hybrid whitening-retainer. Remember to include your name and practice details in this part!

Hit submit. Some scanner software may require you to send us an STL file. Relax and we'll take it from here! Your work will be acknowledged via email once booked in and be back to you in 5 working days.
Impressions in the post

Take your patient’s impressions and complete the prescription form, choosing your preferred kit type and trays.

Pop the prescription form and impressions in a box, ensuring impressions are suitably wrapped. Add the freepost label and pop in the post - we'll take care of the rest! Upon receipt of impressions, your Vitalisse kit will be back to you within 5 working days.
